Agreement to Terms

  • General home repairs and maintenance

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if:

  • Additional work is discovered during the project
  • The scope of work changes at the customer's request
  • Material costs change significantly
  • Unforeseen conditions are encountered

We will communicate any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to complete all work within agreed-upon timeframes. However, scheduling may be affected by weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible.

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind our work and take pride in quality craftsmanship. If you experience any issues with our workmanship, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be discussed at the time of service.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the work to be performed
  • Ensure safe access to the work area
  • Secure pets and valuables during service visits
  • Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
  • Make timely payments as agreed

Liability Limitations

While we carry appropriate insurance and take all reasonable precautions, Stillwater Handymen LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before work begins
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Issues arising from customer-supplied materials
  • Consequential or incidental damages

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Stillwater Handymen LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
